• Collection of co-owner’s condo fees and deposit at the designated financial institution • Pay service contract bills (current expenditures)
• Produce the bank reconciliation • Present the revenue and expense reports
• Administer and manage the savings and insurance account • Produce the condominium tax return
•Establish the projected operations budget • Make periodic and annual reports to the Registraire des entreprises

SECURE WEB INTERFACE FOR TENANTS: • Your tenants will have access to a secure account that allows them to see their lease, the building regulations, the status of their complaints and work orders, policies (rent, noise, etc.) and more.
